Why R.A.T.S. Came About

R.A.T.S. was started to fulfill a need in the corporate sector. Companies were crying out for a facilitator who could both run outdoor programs and relate them back to the workplace.
Facilitators wanted people who could work with them to highlight the message they were trying to instil. Both wanted to have someone who was flexible enough to run a program and stand back when needed. That is R.A.T.S.!

Prior to this the “Carl Ronkie” initiatives were being fed to the corporate sector, but unfortunately they were developed for teenagers. Although the message could still be sent the activities themselves were either too physical or they didn’t quite hit the mark.

That’s where R.A.T.S. took a different approach. We took the same initiative concept and developed tailored activities to suit the “adult” world - not too physical and aimed at dealing with problems relating to the corporate sector.

Today

R.A.T.S has worked with over 120 different companies helping them to help themselves. We have never advertised, relying only on word of mouth and references to build our business up. No company is too small or too large for us to deal with.

What makes us different?

We give you what you want!

R.A.T.S. does not take over your program, nor do we change your message. We complement it. No one knows your business better than you, so we ask you what you are trying to achieve. If we don’t have a program to suit your situation, or you want something different, no problems - we can create it. Alternatively, you might have a program of your own that you wish us to run.

We can facilitate your conference or just help out with your own facilitators. We have regularly worked with over 20 different facilitators. Each has wanted us to meld in with their own particular style.

We do not dictate. You tell us what you want, when you want it and where you want it.
We can even help you find a venue that suits your conference. Working all over Australia, this is no easy task. We do not take commissions from venues, so we make sure you only see the ones that genuinely suit your needs.
