R.A.T.S are the specialist when it comes to team building activities.
After surveying and working with numerous companies R.A.T.S sat down and looked at the problems that face most companies. Using our skills we put together a range of initiative activities to highlight and overcome these problems. Most importantly we found a way to relate them back to the work place.
Although Team Building is our heading (because it is mostly used
by our clients) this is not your problem unless you are looking to create a team from scratch. You see you already have a team. It may not work as efficient as possible but it is still a team.
