Breakdown

Each team will be asked to complete a number of initiative activities.
All activities will require complete teamwork to achieve maximum points.
At the end of each activity the teams are awarded points and the team with the most points at the end of the day will receive a trophy.
Teams will have to work with other teams on every activity, which will force them to build alliances to get maximum points.
Over the day every team will have worked with every other team on an activity.
